Hey, I have an unlocked 2G iPhone currently running 1.1.4, can someone please give me Step By Step instructions to update to the latest iPhone firmware. Im using a Mac too

Plug your iPhone into your computer > Start up iTunes > Check for Updates (if an update dialog doesn't already appear) and then update.

Thats the process i use for updating my iPod Nano anyway

Followed that very guide earlier tonight and it worked a treat.

This is what I used to do mine:

Steps:
1. Plug iphone into itunes and download the upgrade.
2. Download, install and load up PwnTool
3. Follow the steps
4. Load up itunes and select the custom firmware (guide tells you how to do it)
5. Enjoy
