iPhone 14 pro disabled emergency calls only

Had this pop up on my phone this afternoon on my Lock Screen and I could reboot but it came up with the same message no iPhone for 5 minutes counting down as it went, after 5 minutes it was all back to normal. I was in a good signal area (my mothers so wifi also) and 80% battery. Any help on what it was ?

should Have said I use face to unlock and it was sitting on a table for around an hour and I lifted to check the time so don’t see how I could have entered the wrong passcode

Nope wasn’t that it was like the message you get putting on the wrong passcode

Probably a faulty device. Take it to Apple.

If it’s back to normal now I wouldn’t worry.
The nature of cell sites are it’s perfectly reasonable for this to happen and have someone else on the same network not have the same symptoms at the same moment.
Take it to Apple if you want but it’s very unlikely to fail any diagnostics from what you have described
