Iphone 3G Battery Life

Hi guys.. i have had my iphone 3g 16gb since october and i have had no problems with it, but recently the battery life has sarted to drain extremelly quick. I have tryed many things such as turning wifi,push and 3g off and still had no luck. Therefore i was thinking of taking it back to 02 since it is still under warranty.. i was just wondering how long it would take them to fix it or provide me with a new phone..

If you take it to an O2 shop, they'll take it off you, test it over a week or so and probably find nothing wrong with it.

On the other hand, if you take it to an Apple store and make a good enough case then you're likely to get it swapped on the spot. Maybe.

Ok thats sounds good... do you think that would be a good enough reason for them to issue be with an immediate swap.. or should i make up some other problems ??
