iPhone 3G - GPS Issues?

Guys,

Since upgrading my iPhone 3G to 3.0 my GPS doesn't work, it will pick up a fix via triangulation but the actual GPS onboard does not seem to work.

Can you text yours using maps to see if it gives you accurate GPS fix?

Guy at work had exactly the same problem, the display in maps never started pulsing even when he was out in the clear with a good open view of the sky. He booked himself into a Genius Bar and they replaced his iPhone 3G.
