Iphone 3g help needed

Was faffing around with my 3g iphone with diskaid and i managed ti delete 3 files now my i phone is on max brightness all the time and a couple of apps refuses to work.

i need kind soul to help me. basicly install diskaid, and find out for me where these 3 files go

com.apple.mobile.installation.plist
com.apple.springboard.plist
preferences.plist

com.apple.mobile.installation.plist - Root\private\var\mobile\Library\Caches
com.apple.springboard.plist - Root\Library\Preferences
preferences.plist - Root\var\preferences\SystemConfiguration

Edit: Should be sorted now.
