iphone 3g help please

Hi

I have had my iphone 3g from Nov last year and all was well till today. When i try and make a call it does not ring but is still ringing the person i am trying to call and if they pick up they can hear me but i can't hear them

i don't know what the hell is the matter with it and who is best to speak to apple / o2.

Also loud speaker does not work on calls. It still plays music and video out load fine :confused:

tried restoring it in itunes...?

give them a call tomorrow, i seem to remember they have a dedicated line or something for iphone users
