iPhone 3G peeps (Couple of questions)

Thinking of choosing this phone over the HTC Tough pro and SE Xperia and was just wondering..

With all the o2 contracts, when it states inclusive Unlimited Data & Wi-Fi, I assume that includes 3G (and EDGE?). I'm just making sure before i sign a 18 month contract that I dont get huge bills for my general net use.

Also, how reliable and well built is the device?

Hey guys,

Just got back from the Apple shop, decided to go with it in the end. Impressed with it so far and the guy at the apple store was actually very helpful. Very happy with the device so thanks all for your comments.
 
To be honest ive hit a brick wall with my phone and that's regarding imports of contacts. I can't seem to do it with any of the apps on the phone. Any ideas anyone?
