iPhone 3G problem

Hi guys

Ive not long had my iphone less then a week ive installed some apps but tonight any of the apps ive installed dont load there exit back to the iphone menu

so i did a restore from backup with it did now it wont sync with itunes keep saying Setup your iphone and "an iphone has been synced with this computer"

its has the 2.0.2 update on it any help would be great

its ok sorted it had to restore from backup and install apps again

I had the same thing. I tried switching off and back on again but that didnt work.
What i did do though was install another app (just some random free one) and once that app installed all the other third party apps worked again.
