iphone 3g slow?

sup everyone

lately my iphone has been going really slow.... when i open contacts and scroll down it lags badly. Even if i write a sms the key board is so slow, i type a word and 30 seconds later it will appear.

Does anyone else have this problem? is there a fix? Thanks

have the same problem on my 1st gen iPhone it is a bug that affects all phones running 2.0

Classic 2.0 symptoms right there that people have been experiencing since day 1. 2.01 resolves this, but no one knows when it is due yet.

Doesn't happen on my iplod Touch with 2.0 though...

i got a few friends who have the iphone 3g too they dont seem to have that problem at all.... maybe i should reinstall the firmware?

it crops up randomly, don't think a restore will fix it

Happens on mine as well, I can live with it until they fix it.

just did a little test... ive noticed when i plug in the usb to me laptop... the sms works fine everything runs fine... when i pull it out and try to send a txt it lags a lot!!

its a random thing going back to menu normally temporarly fixes it.

Switch it off and on again... been doing way too much of that since 2.0 came out
