iPhone 3G Suddenly No Service?

My iPhone 3G has being working fine up until Yesterday when I was in the United States and it was working grand their with AT&T! Then all off a Sudden Yesterday afternoon it suddenly went to No Service. And When I arrived back in the UK today it didnt go back to O2 it still has No Service :confused:
 
As I posted in my thread (2 down) it looks like O2 has issues with signal at the moment, the roaming died yesterday, and it looks like they are also having issues in the UK with signal as well. Check #o2fail on twitter for more information.
 
If you had no service in America or here then you might have a problem with your phone.

Do you have an Apple store nearby?

I was about to ask the same thing if it didn't work on US Network then it would be odd!.

I do indeed but my iPhone has had a trip in a swimming pool recently (long story) and so I think bringing it to the Apple Store might not be a good idea :confused:
 
Twitter is the place to be for the news on this. o2 have restored various areas around London anyway, but connectivity remains flaky still. A complete balls up. Weird thing is, my mates N96 also on o2 is working fine.
 
I'm on 3gs and it says no service since today 4:30pm I cOntacted o2 they said it's an issue they are dealing with right now
 
Nothing to worry about, it's o2, people without iphones are also having problems. Maybe they are upgrading their network, that would be good :D
