iphone 3gs to iphone 4

not sure if i have posted in the correct place if i havnt sorry for that, but what i wanted to know is ive had a 3gs and installed a lot of apps, but i will be upgrading to iphone4 soon my question is all the apps ive paid for, does that mean i will have to pay for apps like tomtom again or not ?

Nope, just plug your phone into itunes and resync or re download them, it'll say you're paying for them again but you won't be charged.

Sync the 3GS just before the upgrade then when you get the 4, simply plug it in and iTunes will ask if you want to restore from a backup. Do this and you're sorted, as everything will be just as it was on the 3GS.

Just make sure you have upgraded the 3GS to IOS4 beforehand

erm cud be a problem here i did try to cut my sim down to fit iphone4 but ballsed it up, or can i still plug my iphone 3gs into pc and syn and then connect iphone4 or do i need to sync the iphone 4 first sorry im a NOOB lol
