iPhone 3GS won't sync entire music library via iTunes?

Morning guys,

I have an annoying little problem. I have iTunes set to sync my music, all songs and playlists. However, it seems to forget about 30 items. My music library on my Mac is 7.47GB and on my iPhone it is 6.83GB so obviously there is items it is not transferring over. There is no illegal copyrighted stuff, everything is in MP3 format and all the tick boxes are checked in iTunes. I have tried to restore my iPhone to no avail. Perhaps my iTunes library is broken and I should start from scratch?

Weird - what songs are being missed out? If it is pop then maybe you have found the first iphone with good taste :D
 
In all seriousness, you can try removing all songs from the library - re adding them all again and try and sync again see if it helps. Check which songs are being missed out and double check their location, DRM, file size, etc. It is a weird one!
