iPhone 4 Camera Issue

Hi all

Just had an iPhone 4 Delivered today and when I try to use the camera the phone crashes and reboots.

Is there a fix for this or do I need to get o2 to replace it?

Spoke to O2 & after doing a hard reset and a restore (I've already tried that but u know) the problem is still there so they said I should be getting another tomorrow but I wont hold my breath
