My iPhone 4 has been quite happily connecting to my home wireless network since I got it a few weeks ago. I use Atomic Web Browser. However, since yesterday, the phone will find the wireless network fine and connect, showing it is connected to a wireless network but if I open up Atomic Web Browser ( or Safari ) it just sits and does nothing, the progress bar sitting with a tiny portion filled. Eventually it tells me "Could not complete request - Request timed out".

Any ideas?. I haven't changed anything in the settings on either the phone or the router ( O2 Wireless Box II ) and my laptop and another PC I have downstairs can connect to the wireless network with no issues.

Strange - I just went into the settings on the phone for the wireless network and noticed a "Renew Lease" button. No idea what it did but I selected it and now the web pages are back to loading in perfectly at super fast speed. What does "Renew Lease" do?.

Ah right, thanks. Why do you need to do that then?. Can't recall ever having to do anything like that with my old 2G?.
