Iphone 4 docking station advice

Hello People, i got my iphone 4 today, great phone so smooth and slick, never had a iphone before. I would like to buy a Docking station, but problem is is there any that allows you to dock with the bumper on. I dont want to keep taking it off and on. Cheers

also if you have any advice on the settings to keep good battery life etc.

Yeh i found that site earlier, how much is shipping, just it can be difficult if you have a problem with the dock. hmmmmm.

Considering how one generation always seems to not work with the previous release of the dock I dont see the point - even the universal dock is expensive onec you start buying adapters...
