iphone 4 no wifi

hi

my iphone 4 has no wifi, its greyed out, ive tried restoring it but to no avail, im going to take it to apple but was wondering weather i needed to book it in or get my bro to drop it off as im busy and he lives near the nearest apple shop. Also it wasnt originally mine, i bought it off ebay, will that be a problem?

Go online and make an appointment at the store you're going to. Your brother can do it and it'll probably take about fifteen minutes, half an hour at the most (they'll undoubtedly replace it). Doesn't matter where you bought it as long as it's in warranty.

Same happened with my iPod Touch a few years back, it got replaced no questions asked
