Hi guys, just wondering if anyone could help me, I had my iPhone 4 on o2 about 3 years ago now, moved to T-Mobile a year later, and o2 unlocked the phone for me, all worked fine, fast forward to this June, I bought a SGS4, my girlfriend took my iPhone, I wiped it, restored it and put her files on, and now it shows "T-Mobile Orange" in the operator logo, where it updated to EE with my sim (Same contracts, same tariffs, same sim card/age of sim card) and once she goes out of the house, within an hour she loses 3G and ay data connectivity, has to reset network settings, then it works again, then comes home, has to obviously re-input the WiFi key, then next time she is out data fails etc...

Getting a bit repetetive & annoying, she is on the latest firmware etc...

Any thoughts?

Have you tried resetting the phone completely and starting from scratch (rather than a restore)? A pain and the obvious first troubleshooting procedure, but it may sort the problem.

That is the one thing we haven't tried, for the reasons you suggested, but it could be worth a shot, nothing a backup before and restore if it doesn't change anything won't fix!
