iphone 4 really slow wifi or non existant

hi there, my iphone 4 has always been great on my wifi network.......no problems what so ever........

the story goes.......i had enabled wifi on my phone and noticed the app store had 5 updates for me........so i just ignored them....this was around a week or so ago....

so last night i decided to update them.....on enabling wifi, it connected to my network......i got the wifi symbol to say it was a good connection.....

but for some unknown reason the app store wouldnt load up.....so i tried safari.......and this was extremely slow.....even trying to open google in safari took around 20 minutes.......

so today i decided to restore the phone, this has made no difference at all..

any one suffered this? is this back to the store job?

thanks for that will give it a try.....the router gets rebooted every day , well unplugged from the mains then switched back on over night......ill try it anyway, as well as a manualy assigning it an ip.......

hi there, looks like its sorted , well i hope....i took it to me bruvs and at first it wouldnt connect, kept saying cannot connect.....then it finaly did......all was ok......so i had a play with my router today, changed it from protected to open network, connected to it and was ok......so i changed it back to a protected network, put the details in.....and it works fine now.......
