iPhone 4S Dead, any tips?

It's my work phone, but use it just as my own also. Went to use it and the screen was blank, so just assumed battery had died. It doesn't appear to be charging and the screen is completely dead.

Any tips I can try to resuscitate it? I can only assume the battery has died for good or something else inside has failed.

I'm gutted as the policy has changed now at work and we no longer get iPhones, we get Nokia! Noooooo!

had this once while out and about a while back. Simply held down the home and power button together for a while and it came back to life with 70% battery.

No worries. I remember the exact same feeling!

Now that was a nice easy fix

If ya ever have to do that again make sure ya release both buttons together, if ya carry on holding the home button too long after ya release the power button it wipes the phone. Not a problem if ya backup regularly ofc.
