Iphone 4s Photo Stuck on download

did a restore a couple months ago and my pictures are not fully downloaded from icloud :S

it says download 500 of 840 and its just spinning constantly....

is there a way round this?

How long have you left it? Could be a large video trying to redownload.

Pretty sure you can cancel the restore though.

It's been stuck for weeks to be honest problem is I've take new pics in the meantime so I can't even restore to the old backup
