iPhone 4s to hdmi

I am new to the iPhone world and just wondered if there was any way of plugging my iPod into my tv (hdmi input) so it will display my phone to watch movies, tv ect? Thanks in advance. Dan dan

That link seems rather old and doesn't mention HDMI at all.

Apple do provide an HDMI adapter which is compatible with the iPhone 4/4S and the iPad2

Or buy an Apple TV and use AirPlay.
