Well, I cant be the only one here, but I ordered the iPhone 5 today, and i have to say, one of the things i am really looking forward to is this panoramic camera option. The option for a 28MP pano that is automatically done is very tempting, but i wonder how it will stand up under inspection compared to the propper software??

Anyone else on here interested?

I should get mine next friday, so will take it for a whirl then.

You mean looking backward? :p

Good old Apple; I wonder exactly how many people have been brainwashed into thinking this is something Apple invented. Too bad it wasn't patented by Samsung a couple years ago :p

I've done this on my sensation before. Works quite well at stitching. Still doesn't get anywhere close to shooting with a decent camera and stitching on photoshop...

Only thing I'm interested to see about it is as to whether it's any better than the countless other panorama apps that have been available for years.

At what point have apple ever said they invented this?

God everyone is saying this crap at the moment. Get off the bandwagon.

Oh please Apples business practices and recent court cases are just ridiculous its hardly any wonder people jump on this particular band wagon.

This iphone5 looks nice, as you would expect, but nothing like the innovation apple used to bring about.

Plus pano does tend to get old very quickly
