So, i can call through facebook messenger absolutely fine. No problems whatsoever both sending and recieving, loudspeaker and earpiece.
However, when I use the phone app, takes ages to start a phone call, and then i can't hear the other person at the end of the line, nor can they hear me at all. This is on both speaker and earpiece.
Googling suggests restoring to factory defaults but I want to see if there's any other avenues to explore before that. #Ballache.
