iPhone 5 problem

Right i've got a problem with my iPhone.

For the last two days, for some reason voice control decides to activate it self when ever it wants too. And its random aswel.

I've got voice dial disabled. And the Triple click feature disabled.

I've switched the phone off for half a day to see if that helped. No joy.

Well i've done a restore on my iPhone the other day. Going to give it another few days to see if there is any more problems. So far so good.
