iPhone 5 screen?

I dropped my phone last night while getting out of the car and the screen has shattered! What are the options and potential issues with getting it fixed?

Its about 16 months into a 24 month contract so doubt there will be scope for an early upgrade yet and assume getting it repaired by someone other than Apple will void the warranty?

No idea about having it repaired by a third party, but you get a new screen for £119 from Apple.

Ah, that isnt as bad as I thought. Someone mentioned it was £240 from Apple.

Edit - is that £119 fitted from Apple?

Yeah they fit and test a new screen, probably takes 30 minutes or so.

If there is damage to the chassis of the phone it could prevent a screen replacement and require a full phone swap for £209 though.

Theres a dent or 2 but hopefully nothing major. I'll book an appointment at Apple and go in and see them.
