When I receive a text message, for some reason it starts the music player software and I get the play icon appear in the top right.
No music plays from the phone but when I unlock and go into the music app, there it is playing away, no audio from the speakers just sat there playing, so I have to pause/stop and then exit out.
Any ideas what this is?
I've spoken to the network who have advised me how to open iTunes and update the version (which was helpful :/) then they wanted me to back everything up and hard restore the phone. Seems a bit extreme, is there nothing else I can try?
