iPhone 5 - sound stopped working?

Hey guys,

So I went out last night and this morning the sound isn't working on my phone. When I flick the switch it says 'headphones' so I think it's stuck in headphones mode.

I can't hear people on the phone but I can if i put them on speaker phone...

I can also plug my phone into my external speakers and music works fine.

Any suggestions please guys?

Sounds like your headphone jack is stuck, this used to happen on the 4 too. Give it a good blow out with compressed air, and try a pair of headphones in and out a couple of times.

I fear you might have to replace the jack if it doesn't work again after that.
