I am connecting the phone with Itunes and I was able to hit restore..the restore starts and I wait a fairly long time while it seems to be restoring...at the end the error message comes up stating the device could not be found...even though it was already found and started the restore. I have tried with windows 7, 8, and 10. I only got this far on windows 10 as I tried on other PC's with windoes 7 and 8 and could not even get itunes to load.
This all started when my daughter tried to change the password on he phone without me knowing.
She forgot the pin and tried a few times locking the phone after only having it 3 weeks.
She had not taken many pictures on it, so a complete clean reset is ok.
Please could you help me as I'm stuck with what to do with it.
The phone was a grade A off Ebay for £150 and I can't afford to buy another.
