Second call back today and once again very punctual. Sadly though the system is still down that allows them to arrange the express replacement. It has now been left that I will call back next week to see if the system is working, or I can arrange a date and time for the Genius Bar.I may or may not have used this process a few times myself![]()
Oh and this time the Express replacement service was explained exactly as you described it
