Iphone 5s volume button fault

Less than 10 days of use and the volume up button now only works with repeated hard presses!

You are covered by warranty. Take it back to an Apple store or call Applecare and they'll replace it no-questions-asked

Had this with mine yet it was the volume down that refused to work, soon as i booked an appointment to take it back it started working and has worked ever since, really bizarre !

It's been really intermittent, but EE to their credit are replacing it for a brand new retail boxed phone
