I've had five or six fixes/replacement iPhones due to either the "crescent" issue with the FaceTime camera or the bottom right of the phone being spongy. My actual original phone is out of warranty, but my previous replacement handset is covered for 3 months. I'm getting increasingly frustrated. Am I being too fussy? The front camera is slipping more each day and presumably at some point be unusable.

Not sure if I should just trade it in with them/sell.

I don't think you are being too fussy, I had 7 in total, 6 due to the crescent moon issue and 1 due to a squeeky screen.

I was involved with apple exec relations straight from the start (email [email protected]) and they will try and assist. They have however got worse over the years as it really used to be an 'exec' experience, now it just feels like a call centre and a script. They are based in Ireland and have managed to get a few done through advanced replacements and others a priority appointment with the store.

It's not actually the camera which is slipping but instead a small gasket which slips in front of the camera.

I had a 6 with the crescent moon issue, only found out that wasn't normal a week before I got my 6+ :p Quite annoyed I didn't get a replacement but it sounds like it affects 90% of 6 phones anyway so even a replacement will get it

It never seems to actually affect the camera though?
