Iphone 6 from Russia

Due to the weak ruble an iPhone 6 64gb is around £495 here in moscow. £445 for 16gb

Other than power plug. Are there any issues with using one in the UK.

I think the network megafon is compatible with the UK?

Should be the "Non-USA" model on sale in Russia (unless it's a grey import from elsewhere) - check the box for model number A1586.
