iphone 6 plus deals?

I am too-ing and throw-ing about all the current deals that are on the market at the minute.

I am currently a loyal 3 customer, but my current contract does not come to an end until May 2015 (I know, 7 months away)

I am looking for the iPhone 6+ 128gb in Space Grey. I do not have the cash to purchase the phone outright, so it would be a contract only deal. I am tempted by the O2 refresh deal, as no other networks seem to do the same

Now is there a way to talk to 3 to see if they have any "special offers" or would I have to move to another provider?

Doubt there's much Three can do other than their standard offers unless you spend an absolute fortune with them and are somebody they want to keep as a customer. I wouldn't really want to try and talk it through with their call centre staff based on previous experiences either. Maybe you could sell your current one and hope to recoup most of the cost you have remaining on the Three contract then take out a new contract either with Three or elsewhere.

How about GiffGaff? You can finance the phone for a small premium and just pay it monthly while keeping your 3 sim. The issue you'll have is the 6+ stock they have is virtually non existent atm, same with the 6 in anything other than 16Gb guise.

I have been a customer with 3 for many years now, mainly sided with them when they started the unlimited data tariffs when that was unheard of on all the other networks. Now that most offer the 20gb packages, I just know that would be plenty for me, as looking at the data I have been using, doesnt seem to go over the 20gb limit

I think my problem will be finding the 6+ in stock, as nobody seems to have any, which is my main downfall at the moment

Looked at Giffgaff, but looks like they want the retail price of the phone as "Pay Today" price of £789 applies, which is of course out of stock. How do they offer an unlimited tariff of only £18 a month?

Is it a case of waiting around for a month or so and see what happens? Or get one if I can?

No, GiffGaff let you finance the phone and pay monthly separate to any line rental. You pay £50 up front and then a fixed monthly payment for the phone and have the option of using them for the airtime/data etc. but you could just put your 3 sim in and pay 3 your line rental and GiffGaff for the phone.

Might have to eventually side with O2 because of the Refresh that they offer, could get a new phone every year that way, instead of having to wait for the usual 2 years!

Have decided to make the jump to O2 now, as it suits me perfectly. Just waiting for the Iphone 6+ 128gb Space Grey to become available. Head Office will give me a call when the phone is in stock, hopefully it will be available for local store pick-up. Fingers crossed :)
