iPhone 6s Help

I found a 6s that my nephew lost a while back (he obviously left it in my house)

I know i cannot use it as we did everything correctly and had it blacklisted etc

Tho now i have found it, is there any way we can use it just as a music player/internet phone?

I cannot get past connect to iTunes due to an itunes error 590624 plus i cant use wifi due to invalid sim (but its blocked anyway)

Any ideas? We are basically trying to use a 'lost' but found iPhone.
