Hi guys,

Whoever owns this phone, does yours suffer from a vibration like this?

(Not my video by the way but a replica fault)

After weeks of arguing with Apple and two Store visits I finally got mine swapped out, only for the replacement to have the same problem. It's the 128gb version, no idea if that makes any difference but it's driving me crazy, it's the most ugly, sounding rattly vibrate I've ever heard. It appears I have to live with it too

That sounds horrendous. Never heard any 6s do that before. Have you thought about getting a refund and just repurchasing the phone if they won't swap it out for you again?

Unfortunately I bought it in mid January so wouldn't be eligible for a return from the shop I bought it from.
I couldn't replicate the fault in store and it was a "good will gesture" that they swapped it out. The vibration sounds/works fine when the phone is on 'stood' up, but once flat on its back on a desk or upside down the sound is what you hear from the video above. It really isn't good enough!

Yep that's Apple for you. They're there to maximise profits, not fix broken iPhones.

EDIT: I feel I should mention that the following issue has since been sorted out wonderfully by Apple :)

My mate's iPhone 6s (which is well within warranty) has a weird issue where it charges fine in the docks at an apple store, but refuses to charge with a direct lightning cable.

We went to an Apple store, demonstrated it without fail to a genius or whatever they call them. Apparently it's not broken enough for them to fix it (because admittedly it does charge absolutely fine in a Dock) and the only recommendation from this utter genius was to buy several Lightning docks for the car, work and bedroom at £35 each. I must admit in all fairness it's pretty genius.

Mine developed the same rattle after 2 months, i made a post on here about in the 6s thread. Took it to an Apple store and they replaced it without any fuss. The replacement they gave me seems fine to this date.
