Iphone 7 crashing while transfering MOV files,

phone has 100gb of MP4's, JPGs and MOV files on it,

all JPG's and MP4's transfer with explorer fine,

some (maybe 5%) Mov files cause explorer to crash, its not larger files, once crashed you have to disconnect the phone and plug it back in again,

Im not so worried about the files that will not copy but was thinking the phone might be faulty?

Ive tried two different PC's and its specific files that cause it to crash - even restarting the phone its the ssame random files that will not copy. (also tried a different cable)

any thoughts faulty phone?

I've been out of the loop with iOS but you can now use Explorer to transfer files and don't need to use iTunes?

Have you tried a different cable too? Any idea what codecs the MOV files that causes the crash are using? Maybe run them through Handbrake to MP4 if you really need them?
