My iPhone 7 which I've had for over 3 years now developed some banding on the screen. I didn't drop it or bang it, it has a very chunky case on it. I put it on charge at night, woke up and it was like this.
I've made a little video, it's not great but you can see it, and no it's not a defect of recording a screen that is how it looks. It seems like a row of pixels is active but then alternating rows of pixels are just black pixels.
Is this something people have come across before? Is it fixable without replacing the screen?
