Iphone Activation Server unavailable !

OMG been so wanting to get this update and now the servers too busy, god dam you apple. anyone else getting this or just me ?

I got the (-4) unknown error.
Updataed my mac pro to 10.5.7 and works fine now

always the same with apple, they have big conferences saying we're so pleased that we sold so and so million iphones and then they dont make the servers to cope with them.

owell i suppose they cant really do nothing about it lol jus have to wait

** ANYONE WHO GETS ACTIVATION ERRORS **

afaik this little trick only works on windows!

-close down iTunes, and disconnect your iPhone/Touch

-Fire it back up, and connect your back your device.

-When it tells you that there is a new update available and do you wish to install it, press okay.

-While it is saying unpacking firmware, DISCONNECT YOUR PC FROM THE NET. you have to be quick, it only says this for a couple of seconds.

-Voila! your device will skip past calling home, and will continue to install the new firmware!

installation takes around 10 minutes, do not reconnect the internets until your back on the home screen in 3.0.
