Iphone and outlook issue

Hi, just got my iphone and activated etc. Ticked the box to sync with outlook and it sent all the data accross from my pc to the iphone.

However, if I add a new entry to the iphone it doesnt sync it into my outlook on my pc?

Any ideas what Im doing wrong? Im using exchange if that makes a difference?

It means you aren't syncing with Outlook then!
