iPhone and playstation eye

I have an iphone and ps3 with playstation eye. I’ve seen some apps for the phone that allow to view your web cam on the phone when out and about.

I was wondering if anyone knew if this could be done with the playstation eye and how to go about it if so ?

i've installed on called "my webcam" but after doing a search in the app store for web cams there was also a few others saying to do the same stuff
