Last night I plugged in my iPhone to charge/sync and instead of saying "Syncing iPhone" in iTunes, it said "Deleting "InsertAppname here"" for each app I had bought from the app store. Then it mentions something about 10 apps are not authorised to be used.

I've re-authorised them in iTunes (I think) But how do I get them back to my iPhone?

Can't you just download them again? If you purchase them, AFAIK it registers them to your iTunes account, so you shouldn't be charged again. No doubt someone else will be along to confirm.

Same thing happend to me a few months ago, you need to email apple and they will let you download all your apps again.

Be sure to make a backup as you are only allowed to download them once.

FYI I didn't need to download them again.

I went to iTunes, clicked on my applications and re-authorized them by entering my password, unplugged the phone, plugged it back in and it started installing all my games and applications again.

Bit of a panic when it starts deleting all the stuff you've paid for though :D
