iPhone bluetooth

Hi, if I have a laptop/pc with bluetooth what am I able to do with the bluetooth connectivity? Can I sync the phone? Internet tethering? Transfers files and pics etc?

Hands free devices, address book (contact) syncing (to devices like a Parrot car kit), music/audio streaming, tethering (in built modem), etc.

You can't move files, like pictures for example. You can't sync the phone with iTunes via it.
