Last night my iPhone decided it would no longer output sound via Speaker, ear piece or headphones. Bit odd really. Tried the usual (Hard reset, Restore in iTunes and plugging/unplugging headphones) but I cans till get no sound from it
Oddly, If I play a answerhone message and try to adjust the volume, it says Bluetooth in the watermark, rather than volume. Bluetooth always has been and is turned off.
Now I took out the insurance when I got my iPhone when the 16GB 3G was first launched with o2. What is the insurance like? I want to call them and tell them it's just stopped working, but I'm worried they will want to send the phone away for repair so I'll be without one, is it better for me to say I dropped it and its knackered? The phone has got a fair few war scars but I haven't dropped it for a while. Anyone else claimed? How did you find the process?
Thanks!
