Iphone charging dock

Can I keep my phone in a dock so its always charged, or is that going to ruin the battery life?

No that's not good for the battery afaik.

pretty much, except for whilst its in use, which would be a fairly regular amount.

Can you get docks which stop charging when the battery is full?

So you want a charger that will stop charging when its full... but when it drops to 99% it will start charging again?

is that such a crazy idea?
