Iphone contacts

I have had my iphone for a while now and whilst I know it back's up somewhere I would like to be able to view my contacts on my computer. Possibly using outlook 2007 which I have or somesort of address book programme.

Is there a simple and easy way to do this? Is there a way in itunes to view all my contacts?

yes just sync it on a pc in outlook you can edit view delete contacts.

Odd I can't seem to find the contacts, shall have another fish around. Do you have to enable an option in itunes or anything?

When you sync the iphone under the contacts tab their is an option to sync with with outlook. Then in outlook there is a tab called contacts on the bottom left.
