iPhone Contacts

I'm trying to backup the OH iPhone 4. The battery is swollen so I want to backup the phone and transfer the contacts to an Android phone as a temporary phone.

I've made a local backup in iTunes. Synced the contacts to the cloud, but in iCloud only a handful of contacts appear. In Contacts on the phone all I have is
All iCloud and All Gmail both ticked. No other options. But the contacts aren't in iCloud. The also seems to only a handful in Gmail. There almost 300 in the contacts on the phone itself.

Any ideas how I can get these contacts into vCard or similar?

I finally worked it out. No contacts on phone, most on Gmail some on iCloud.
Managed to export from iCloud vCard. But iCloud only worked (for me) on Firefox on W8.1 didn't work in IE.
Imported cloud contacts back to google and all are there now.
