iPhone - Copying contacts from iphone TO sim?

is there anyway for me to put my contacts on my sim from my iphone phone book?

i know isim demo does it, but it will take me forever to d it one by one.

any other app that does it?

i gave up in the end!

sold my iphone 8gb ready for 3G version, so wanted to get my contacts to my sim

i just used itunes to sync contacts to "windows contacts"

No you can't iPhone doesn't use the Sim card like that.
