When I got back from the US a month ago, I noticed that I'd been charged about £4 for roaming data, even though I'd never turned Data Roaming on.
I phoned O2 CS and spoke to somebody who was extremely rude and basically told me that it was my fault (because I'd used the WiFi?!) and that he wouldn't refund the charges. At this point I just gave up, it was only £4 and it wasn't worth moaning about any more really.
Then I got a text last night...

Wish I'd put a complaint in about the customer service person I spoke to now!
How many other people has this affected?
