Not sure about this one.
I set up a lot of iPhones at work and never have to fiddle wiht this, but this iPhone 5 running 8.3 is not notifiyin when a new email comes through.
I.e the number does not appear above the icon. Every settings applicable Ive checked and it looks fine and again the phone is set up like all the others.
Any ideas?

must have been a glitch. Deleted and readded the mail account and notifications seem to be working as they should.
