my phone kept coming up saying no service in top left so of course i've not been able to make calls or texts etc
turned it off and on and although i thought it'd fixed itself it gave me a screen saying plug into your itunes and do a restore.
got home and did just that - about 10minutes later its all done and asking if i want to start afresh or restore the backup so i click restore backup and its asking me for a password!
at no point can i remember even entering a password for anything related to my iphone, i've tried email password, loads of different website passwords, pin numbers to bank/credit cards as well as online banking.
NOTHING works. where has this come from?

ideas on what the password refers to?
